A straightforward pattern suitable for a first attempt at ‘holes on every row’ lace, it can be made any length in most lace weight yarns. It is based on garter stitch, so both sizes are suitable for public viewing! Sew the ends together to make a cowl.
Materials
75 g J&S 2 ply lace weight or Supreme
4 mm (US 6) needles
row counter, stitch markers as desired
Size
about 10" wide, 60" long, easily adjustable
Tension
22 sts and 32 rows to 4" after washing and blocking
