Whether you have the neck open or buttoned up, this tunic will keep you cosy whatever the weather. The pattern gives the choice of a straight or A-line skirt
Things you need to know to make the tunic:
Materials
600 (650, 700, 750, 800, 850, 900, 1000, 1100, 1120) g ColourMart chunky cashmere
pair 6 mm (US 10) needles, plus 6 mm (US 10) circ for the straight version
pair 6 mm (US 10) needles, plus 6, 6.5, 7 and 8 mm (US 10, 11, 12, 13) circ for the A-line version
Sizes
To fit: 30 (34, 38, 42, 44, 48, 52, 56, 60, 64)
bust 35 (39, 43, 47, 51, 55, 59, 63, 67, 71)
sleeve length 9 (10, 11, 12, 13, 13, 14, 14, 15, 15)
body length 24 (26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 31, 32, 33)
sleeve and skirt length are easily adjustable.
Tension
14 sts and 24 rows to 4 ins over pattern on 6 mm needles after washing and drying
Notes
This pattern should work for other chunky/bulky yarns, but note that to get the given measurements, the row tension must be correct as well as the stitch tension.
