Using gansey patterns from the Northern Isles, this unisex slipover will fit most of the family
Materials
1 (1, 1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2) cones Frangipani 5 ply gansey wool
3 and 3.5 mm (US 2 and 4) circular needles or dpns
3.5 mm straights if desired
photos show the 32 in size on a 32 in mannequin
Tension
26 sts and 31 rows to 4 ins over pattern on 3.5 mm needles
Sizes
to fit chest 24 (28, 32, 36, 40, 44, 48, 54, 58, 62) ins
actual chest 27 (31, 36, 40, 45, 49, 53, 58, 62, 67) ins
Note
This pattern will work with DK yarns but you MUST swatch first!
