Light and airy, this full circle shoulder shawl uses three Estonian leaf patterns. If you do not want to do the nupps, work a knit stitch instead!
What you need to know to make the shawl:
Materials
70 (80, 90) g ie 600 (700, 800) yards cobweb weight yarn
pair3.5 mm (US 4) needles
row counter
Sizes
to fit bust up to about 38 (48, 58) ins
neck approx 22 (24, 26) ins
length 14 (14, 14) ins
Tension
Over 2nd pattern: about 19 sts to 4 ins. Band of 16 rows is about 2 ins after washing and blocking
Note that the tension is affected by the amount of blocking.
Notes
The pattern will work for ColourMart lace weight yarns, Jamieson and Smith 1 ply cobweb and many cobweb weight yarns from other companies.
