3.5, 4 and 4.5 mm (US 5, 6, 7) needles
4.5 mm (US 7) circular needle
thin needle for picking up stitches

Tension
24 sts and 28 rows to 4 ins over stocking stitch and 20 sts and 32 rows to 4 ins over the skirt pattern. Both figures are after washing and blocking

The pattern will work for other ColourMart heavy DK yarns, and many DK yarns from other companies.
