Materials
250 g chunky loop mohair
pair 7 (US 10½) needles
toy stuffing (I used 150 g polyester)
pair 15 mm eyes and 18 mm nose if preferred
black yarn for eyes and nose if preferred
length of black yarn for mouth
Size
about 20” tall
Notes
I used ColourMart 3/2NM mohair loop ribbon yarn, mohair 96% / merino 4%. The pattern should work for other chunky yarns with a yardage of about 65 to 70 yds per 100g but you MUST check your tension.
The pattern works on numbers of stitches and rows, so can be use with other yarns to get different sized bears.
