Crazy Arms Helmet and Gauntlets
Fight the cold with a hat which keeps your neck warm too and long gloves to tuck your sleeves into

Materials
Chunky loop mohair in the following amounts:
Helmet:
89 (90, 100, 110, 120, 130) g
Gauntlets:
80 (100, 120, 130)g and 60 for the baby size
8mm circ needle or dpns for the helmet
pair 7 and 8 mm needles (US 10½ and 11) for the gauntlets

Size
Helmet: circumference 14 (15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 23)”
Gauntlets: to fit child (teen, adult, large adult) and a baby version without a thumb


Hawaiian Sunset Cowl
Knit it in one colour or striped, either way this effective but easy cowl works up in a trice!

Materials
80 (100, 125, 150) g chunky loop mohair
8mm (US 11) circ needle

Size
to fit child (teen, adult, large adult)

The cowl can be knitted in stripes or all on one colour. I used stripes of 4 rows in 4 colours.

200g chunky loop mohair
6mm (US 10) circ needle
1 button about 1 in diameter
1 metre chain for strap if desired

Size
to fit up to 10 ins tablets and notebooks

Notes
(I used ColourMart 3/2NM mohair loop ribbon yarn, mohair 96% / merino 4%)
The pattern should work for other chunky yarns with a yardage of about 65 to 70 yds per 100g but you MUST check your tension.
